CANCELLATION POLICY

1. GENERAL

TailorYouChai is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when I customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from being served. For this reason, TailorYourChai has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.

2. FULL PAYMENT

Your order is complete when we received your full payment. Payments can be online or in person. We do not reserve products without payment.

An online confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of registration and payment. This email serves as confirmation of your registrations.

3. CANCELLATION REQUEST

Cancellation requests may be submitted by phone, email, online or in person, at least 24hrs before arranged delivery. Please note that refunds will be processed in the original form of payment.

1.NO REFUND

Due to the nature of the product all the products offered through the website are non  refundable under any circumstances. All sales are final, and no exceptions will be made.

We will not be liable for any products by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is purchase by mistake, we would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and are not responsible for its delivery to the user.
